Outreach for Hope supports churches and ministries of the Greater Milwaukee Synod that are striving in the midst of poverty to be a word and sacrament presence. Jim builds relationships between those ministries and the individuals, organizations, and churches who provide financial resources to support them.

Mary is responsible for candidacy, call process, maintaining the synod roster and the synod assembly.

Geri Murtaugh
Coordinator of Youth and Family Ministries
Geri's ministry is to encourage, support and assist youth and family ministry leaders, pastors and congregations to work together to help strengthen the connection between faith, home and life.
Geri has extensive training in organizational leadership and team-building facilitation. She received her Certification in Youth and Family Ministry through The Center for Youth Ministries/Wartburg Seminary in 2005.

Greg is shared staff with the ELCA Churchwide Organization in the area of evangelical outreach and congregational mission. His responsibilities lie in the area of coaching and natural church development.
