2008 Synod Assembly (God's work. Our hands.)

Location: Country Springs Hotel, Waterpark and Conference Center (Waukesha, WI)

Registration fees

  • Each voting member: $200 (includes all materials, facility fees, speakers, coffee breaks, all meals)
  • Retired pastors: $100
  • Full-time visitors: $200 (with meals/materials)
  • Part-time viitors: NO FEE (no meals/materials except supplement)

Housing fees

  • Double occupancy, per night: $55
  • Single occupancy, per night: $110

Late fees

  • After May 9, 2008: $20 penalty per voting member

Registration and payment is due by May 9, 2008!
Late registrations after May 9 are assessed an additional late fee charge of $20 per voting member

Mail-in Registration is now open.  Please download this form (PDF) and complete, using one form for each voting member, visitor or youth.  Submit all applicable registration forms with payment to the Greater Milwaukee Synod Assembly, 1212 S. Layton Blvd., Milwaukee, WI 53215.  Please note well the registration deadlines and late charges above.

Child Care
During the assembly, child care is being arranged during all sessions and programs.  This service will begin on Thursday, May 29th at noon and conclude May 31st at noon.  You may have the option of bringing your child(ren) with you to meals, or bring along food/treats for your child(ren).  Please also bring along toys, games, books, etc… the things that your child(ren) will want to use during their time at the assembly.
